Commercial moving
Offices, clinics, retail, and light industrial spaces moved on evenings and weekends with a numbered floor plan, labeled crates, and IT equipment handled separately so it can be reconnected first.
We carry the insurance certificates and reserve the docks and elevators that Dallas office buildings require.
Local moves and long-distance moves
Local moves anywhere in the metro are billed by crew hours. Long-distance moves within Texas are priced by the weight of the load and the miles driven, with the truck weighed on a certified scale.
In both cases the same crew loads and unloads, and you receive the estimate in writing before your date is locked in.
During the summer we schedule early departures so loading is done before the worst of the heat.

Packing and unpacking
Full packing the day before your move, partial packing for the kitchen and fragile rooms, or materials delivered if you prefer to pack yourself. Unpacking puts everything in cabinets and closets and removes the cardboard.
We use dish barrels, wardrobe boxes, and picture cartons rated for stacking and for the humidity of a Texas trailer.
Piano moving
Uprights, baby grands, and grands moved with skid boards, heavy straps, and a crew trained for stairs, elevators, and tight hallways. The instrument is strapped upright in the truck and set on an interior wall at the new home.
A piano can be added to any residential or long-distance move or booked on its own.
