What we need to hear from you
Tell us the pickup and delivery addresses, the size of the home or office, your ideal date, and anything unusual such as a piano, a hot tub, a gun safe, or a third-floor walk-up.
If you already know whether you want packing help, say so. If you are not sure, we can talk it through and show you the difference in scope.
How the estimate is built
For local moves we estimate the crew size and hours based on your inventory and the access at both ends. For long-distance moves inside Texas the figure is based on estimated weight and mileage.
Larger homes and all commercial jobs get a walk-through, either in person or on a video call where you carry the phone from room to room. Smaller apartments can usually be quoted from a written inventory.
Everything is put in writing before your date is confirmed, so there is nothing to argue about on the day.
When to reach out
For a move at the end of the month or during summer, contact us three to four weeks ahead. Mid-month dates in spring or fall can often be booked with a week's notice.
If you are in a bind because another company let you down, ask anyway. Crews open up more often than you would think, and we will tell you honestly if we can fit you in.
Questions we are happy to answer
People often ask whether we move items into storage units, whether a crew can help with just loading a container, and whether we can pick up a single piece of furniture from a store. The answer to all three is usually yes.
We also get asked about elevator bookings, certificates of insurance for apartment communities, and what happens if it rains. We have answers for each and will walk you through them.
After you book
You get a confirmation with the crew size, arrival window, and a checklist for the days before. A day or two out, we call to confirm the details and answer any last questions.
On the morning of the move, the lead calls when the truck is on the way, so you are not standing at the window guessing.
